Apartment for rent

The Concept Jo Ana studio designs an apartment in which he looks for non-standard solutions so that everything fits. This is a flat for long-term rental with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The living space of the living room, dining room and kitchen was very small so the wall was moved significantly, enlarging this part of the apartment. The bedroom does not need as much space, so the original layout was maintained and the space was used with a wall unit.

As it was a small apartment for rent, it had to have soft and light colors, but it did not have to be boring for that. It had to stand out among the large number of flats on offer that exist. That is why warm beige, brown and white were chosen, which always works well. Interior designer Joanna Ochota says that they opted for “a neutral base, to add stronger accents in the form of accessories. In addition, we applied a bright and natural background and a stronger terrazzo accent with colored spots that will make the rental offer not without interest".
