Bathco presents Treviso: the collection that unites the organic and the industrial
April 15, 2025 · News update
As part of the latest edition of the ISH Frankfurt fair, Bathco presented Treviso, a collection that combines the warmth of bamboo with the strength of metal. With this proposal, Bathco reinforces its commitment to sustainable design, relying on bamboo as the main material.

Treviso is composed of countertop washbasins and pedestals, conceived by industrial designer Lucio Traficante, from a perspective that respects the natural origin of the materials. The interior of each piece reveals the warmth of bamboo, while a metal ring embraces its outline, generating a visual dialogue between the organic and the industrial, between the warm and the cold, between the ephemeral and the eternal.
The countertop washbasin is available without a rim and with a rim in gold, bronze, brushed steel and gun metal finishes, while the pedestal is available in brushed steel and gun metal.
Bamboo is much more than an aesthetic choice. It is a renewable, fast-growing and moisture-resistant resource, making it an ideal material for the bathroom of the future. Its use responds to our desire to minimise environmental impact without sacrificing innovation and design.
Treviso was born from the desire to create objects that connect with nature, without losing the precision of the technique. A collection that combines noble materials, where every texture, every curve and every reflection reminds us that beauty can - and must - be sustainable.
