Bathco creates a bamboo forest for Casa Decor 2025

April 4, 2025 · News update

Bathco, the bathroom design and manufacturing company, is participating in the 2025 edition of Casa Decor with a space designed by interior designer Andreina Raventós.

Bosque Kalasin promises to surprise visitors, who will be able to experience it from April 3 to May 18 in space 37 at Casa Decor (Sagasta 33, Madrid).

This forest is inspired by two fundamental elements: bamboo and water. Andreina Raventós has created an immersive atmosphere where Bathco's Kalasin bamboo pedestal washbasin is the proganist, transporting visitors into a sensory fantasy where an imaginary forest comes to life.

Bamboo is at the heart of this proposal. Naturally sustainable, bamboo is one of the most renewable resources on the planet, capable of growing without the need for replanting. These properties are reflected in the design of the washbasin and the entire ambiance of the space, creating a direct connection with nature.

A mural that brings the space to life

One of the key elements of the design is a mural painted by artists from Bathco's Atelier, which begins on the floor like a river, evoking bamboo's natural habitat. As it ascends the wall, the design simulates the movement of water, transforming into marine forms, distancing visitors from reality and immersing them in an immersive natural environment.

Bathco reaffirms its commitment to sustainability through Bosque Kalasin, where bamboo—featured in the brand’s latest innovations—is presented as the ideal material for those seeking design and sustainability in every corner of their home.
