Bathco Atelier: marble inspiration
November 12, 2018 · News update
Bathco Atelier has joined the world of art to the ceramics sector and bathroom décor from the beginning. The artists come up with ideas, work on new designs, create, and experiment with the possibilities of painting and its fusion with other materials. As a result of the investigation it emerges series of washbasins that have found the inspiration in marble.
Natural porcelain is the artist canvas, who uses the enamels as oil painting, drawing backgrounds rich in shades and veins that simulate the harmonious marble shapes, while the matte finish surface brings us closer to the excellence of the material still to be cut.
It evokes the pink stone, with pronounced but subtle veins that oscillate between cold and warm tones and transport us to the infinite beauty of the desert.
Green marble is elegant, ostentatious and with all kinds of pretensions. It looks for the protagonism without fear because it is determined, majestic and provocative.
Black marble is known for its hardness and density as well as having many finishes. In this case, the artists focused on the game of black and transparencies.
This new piece is inspired by the harmony and beauty of the northern lands frozen stones, where the polar bears walk free and the steep mountains are covered by the cold glacier.
