An oceanfront second home designed to enjoy... and rent out
Projects, HospitalityConverting a vacation home into a comfortable, functional home with personality is possible. This project by Diego Guillén, located in front of the sea, achieves that perfect balance between design and practicality for a second residence that its owners enjoy a few weeks a year and rent out during the summer.

The house conveys serenity and visual unity from the first glance. A porcelain tile that runs throughout the house -in different shades depending on the space- provides continuity, while the wood cladding, with undulating forms that evoke the movement of the sea, reinforces the connection with the coastal environment.

The lighting, both interior and exterior, has been carefully designed, creating pleasant atmospheres that accompany every moment of the day. The furniture, custom-designed in the same porcelain material, follows the aesthetic line of the project: sober, elegant and resistant.

In the bathroom, the model Bari by Bathco fits perfectly with the proposal: a porcelain sink with smooth lines that combines design and durability. Like the rest of the house, this space has been designed to be cozy, easy to maintain and with a measured decoration that brings warmth without complications.
A house designed for carefree enjoyment, where every element responds to a clear idea of comfort, aesthetics and functionality.
