A modern and timeless renovation in Andorra

The renovation of Xalet Roc has marked a milestone in the world of interior design, turning a single-family home into a modern and welcoming space. This project has been much more than a simple remodeling; it has been a complete transformation, where every detail has been carefully selected to reflect a contemporary yet warm aesthetic.

The vision behind Xalet Roc was clear: to create a space that fused the modern with the timeless, where functionality was combined with style. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive renovation of all the rooms of the house was carried out, with a focus on the choice of materials and design that would last over time.

One of the key elements in this renovation was the choice of the right materials. Gray, green and neutral tones were the protagonists, with porcelain tile as the main ally. This versatile material was used in different formats, from hexagonal to rectangular and square, adding dynamism and depth to the space.

Among the most prominent areas of the renovation were the bathrooms, where Bathco left its mark. The countertop washbasins New Toulouse, with their elegant porcelain finishes and oval shape, became centerpieces of design and functionality. To complement these sinks, custom-made bathroom furniture was chosen, made of natural wood with a subtle grayish patina, adding warmth and texture to the spaces.
