On the sunny Costa Brava, this 130 m² penthouse has been transformed into a cozy and chic space thanks to the work of Nice Home Bcn. Located in a privileged environment, the newly built home needed a warmer, more Mediterranean touch, and its comprehensive renovation managed to meet all the client’s expectations.
A space that inspires
Natural light was the protagonist from the beginning of the project. Despite the cold finishes it originally had, the potential of the penthouse was evident. The priority was to maintain the structure, but give it a fresh and personality-filled air that mixed the Mediterranean with a modern and chic style.
In just four months, Nice Home Bcn completed the transformation, creating a unique home that combines functionality and beauty.
Custom design
One of the keys to the success of this project was the creation of custom-designed furniture:
