A unique space full of character
The villa is not just a rural house, it is a work that reflects the talent and dedication of Johntelobusca. The project maintains the traditional essence with original details, while incorporating modern features. Innovative design with modern amenities
The house has seven double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are spread over three floors, which also include the kitchen and living room.
One of the highlights is the heated swimming pool, integrated into the living room, which allows guests to enjoy a warm bath even in winter. During the summer months, the sliding glass doors can be opened, linking the pool with the outside garden.
