In 2016, Bathco participated in a total of six international trade shows, where it had the chance to display all its new products to current and potential customers from five continents.
Previous issues of Trend & Bath talked about the participation of the Cantabrian company in Cevisama, I Saloni and Project Lebanon, where it presented its newest products in the Atelier Collection, Vintage & More and Gold & Silver lines.
In September, it also took part in Cersaie (Bologna, Italy), known as the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings. This is a meeting place for interacting with knowledge, innovation and ceramic design and, in addition, a space for showing quality products with an intrinsic creative, expressive and attractive value.
The Atelier projects were the stars of Interihotel, the largest showcase in Spain dedicated to interior design in hotels. In November 2016, the second edition of CCIB Barcelona was held, and Bathco was there along with Oli, a manufacturer of plumbing systems. For this event, two works by Atelier artists were created. The first was projected in the lavatory zone and was called “Ambiente Marino”. The second consisted of a hand-painted ceramic mural called “Tradition” which provided a backdrop for one of the silver-coloured washbasins from Bathco’s Gold & Silver collection.
To continue its commitment to expansion of the company in the Middle East, Bathco was present for another year at Big 5, the most influential construction trade show in the region, which has served as a platform for suppliers of construction materials and buyers since 1979. The central focus of the stand was the Gold & Silver collection and the washbasins decorated with Swarovski crystals. In addition, there was a live presentation of the possibilities of Bathco Atelier thanks to the participation of artist Emeric Minaya.
2017 is shaping up to be a very promising year with a clear objective: international visibility. For this reason, Bathco will be at six trade shows in Europe and Asia which will serve as a springboard for reaching new markets on the five continents. It will open the year at Cevisama, from 20 to 24 February, in Valencia, and then move on to Frankfurt, where it will take part in the ISH trade show from 14 to 18 March. The next destination will be Beirut, from 16 to 19 May, where it will participate for the second consecutive year in Project Lebanon.
One event it will not miss is Cersaie, in Bologna, from 25 to 29 September, where the latest trends in décor are shown. The following year, it will offer a hotel proposition in Barcelona, from 25 to 27 October, at Interihotel. To close the year, it will attend the Big 5 construction trade show in Dubai, from 26 to 29 November.
With this calendar, Bathco aims to finish 2017 as it did 2016: full of success and good news.
